Ok so here I go..... I ordered a set of sheets but the wrong ones were delivered. I went onto the website and it says to call Bill. So I did and guess what? It was actually Bill that answered the phone !!! He rectified the order and is sending out the sheets that I originally ordered FOR FREE !!!!! WOW! WOW, WOW!
Finally a product that delivers exactly what is promised! Beautiful soft sheets that fit our deep sided king mattress perfectly, but that is not the main benefit for my husband and me. We are both 60 years old, and both have rotator cuff issues - sore shoulders and/or arms. The Most Comfortable & Practical Sheets Ever
Our trouble with sheets was the fitted one shrinking, regardless of them being king size; our mattress wall is quite deep. We had to buy super king fitted, which is too big.
When we got the TLC ones, I was still concerned, and to be absolutely honest, I thought, these had better be good for the price.

You can find all care instructions on the inner care tag of your TLC Bedding Set, however standard care options for our Sheet Sets are as follows:
Hand/machine wash using cold to warm water (40°c maximum is suggested)
If machine washing, ensure a gentle cycle is selected
Use only very mild detergents (approved for wool/ silk)
Tumble dry at a low temperature if required
Avoid mixing with other colours
If you really want to best preserve the softness of the TLC Bedding Set for as long as possible, we recommend washing it in cold water.

Do those sheets crinkle?
Our unique bamboo/cotton blend shows far less creases when made. We recommend avoiding the use of a dryer post-wash. Be sure to remove sheets from the washing machine as soon as possible and hang out on the line. Sleeping on the set will also assist greatly with removing visible creases. Our signature blue-grey colour will also reduce the appearance of creases, which is great!
