Plan Manager

You’re a Plan Manager or Support Coordinator registered with the NDIS.

As a plan manager, you can request an invoice from us to submit to the NDIS or purchase our products directly and submit a tax invoice to the NDIS to be reimbursed.

NDIS Participant or Carer

You’re eligible to access the National Disability Insurance scheme



How is your NDIS funding managed?

If you are a self-managed NDIS participant or a carer who manages their own funding, you or your nominee have two options:

1. Purchase a product directly from us using your own funds, then submit your receipt to be reimbursed from the NDIS.

2. Request an invoice from us and submit it to the NDIS. Once you receive the funds from NDIS, pay the invoice and we’ll process your order.
