Returns must be initiated within 90 days of receiving your item.

Eligible items must be either unused and in their original packaging, or used and washed before returning.

Returns submitted after the 90-day period will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of your return being delivered to our warehouse and approved as eligible.

Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.

If you opt for store credit, a gift card will be automatically emailed once your return is marked as delivered.
