Choosing bedding off a screen can be a bit of a guess. Now you can get up to 2 sets in your hands, in your own home, to check out the color and feel in person.
How it works
1. Vibe check it at home
Select 'Vibe check it at home' when adding your sheets to the cart, up to 2 per order. We place a temporary hold on the order total to reserve them. It shows as pending in your account, not paid.
2. See it and feel it
Once your order arrives, you have 3 days. Check the color in your natural light and again under your lamp, hold it against your room, and feel the fabric yourself.
3. Keep what you love
Finalise your order in the Customer Portal in a few simple steps. You're only charged for what you keep, and we'll send a prepaid label for anything going back.
Why Vibe Check it at Home?
Screens are a bit rubbish at two things: true color and how something actually feels. So we'll send it to you instead.
See the true color in your own light, morning and night.
Hold it up against your walls, your headboard, your cushions.
Feel the fabric properly and see if it's as soft as we say.
Then decide what stays.
#1 Rule: No sleeping on the job
Look and feel away. Just keep your sets folded and unwashed while you decide.
Once you've chosen what's staying, your 90 night trial kicks in. That's when the sleeping starts.
Vibe Check It
Returns
Returning is simple:
- Log into the Customer Portal using the link below, or the link in the email or text we sent you.
- Follow the prompts to select the sets you'd like to return.
- Once you've completed your return in the portal, we'll email you a prepaid return label.
- Print the label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it at your local post office.
Returns must be posted within 3 days of completing your order.

FAQs
How does the payment hold work?
When you check out with Vibe Check It At Home, you enter your payment details as usual. We place an authorisation on your card for the order total to confirm the payment method is valid. This is not a charge. It shows as pending, not paid, and simply holds the total until you decide what you're keeping. You're only charged once you've finalised your order in the Customer Portal, and only for what stays.
Can I take the sheets out and put them on the bed?
Not yet. Vibe Check It At Home is there so you can check the color and feel the fabric before you commit, so please keep your sets folded in their packaging and unwashed while you decide. Anything unfolded, washed or slept in can't find its next home, so it can't be returned. Once you've chosen what's staying, your 90 night trial begins and you can wash it, make the bed and sleep on it properly.
Can I still use the 90 night trial?
Yes. Vibe Check It At Home is for deciding on color and feel. The 90 night trial is for sleeping on it, and it starts once your set is officially yours.
How do I return a set?
Log into the Customer Portal using the link we send you, select what you'd like to return, and we'll email you a prepaid label. Print it, attach it to your parcel, and drop it at your local post office within 3 days.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. Apply it at checkout on the initial order, and the discount is reflected in what you pay for whatever you keep.
