SHIPPING POLICY:

Thank you for shopping with The Lad Collective. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 US states. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all orders. 

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to meet estimated delivery times, but occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. If you spot an error, contact us immediately at hello@theladcollective.com and we'll do our best to update it before shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@theladcollective.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
