What's the difference between a quilt cover, doona cover, and duvet cover?

Nothing, they're the same thing. In Australia, quilt cover and doona cover are used interchangeably, while duvet cover is more common in the UK and Europe. All three refer to the fabric cover that goes over a quilt, doona, or duvet insert. The insert is typically sold separately.

How do the magnetic corners work?

Each corner of the cover has a built-in Neodymium magnet. When you put your insert in, the magnets clip to the corners of the insert and hold it in place. No tying, no fiddling. The insert stays centered overnight and doesn't bunch toward the bottom of the cover. The magnets are waterproof and machine washable, so they don't require any special treatment on wash day.

Does the duvet cover include the insert?

No. The set includes the duvet cover and matching pillowcases. The insert is sold separately. This is standard across most bedding brands and means you can pair the cover with whichever fill weight suits your climate and sleep preferences. Although for best functionality with our magnetic corners, we do recommend purchasing our Magnetic Duvet.

What size duvet cover do I need?

Match the cover to your bed size. Our queen cover measures 210 x 210cm, king is 245 x 210cm, and super king is 270 x 240cm. If you want more drape over the sides of the bed, we recommend sizing up, just make sure the Magnetic Duvet size matches the cover!

How do I wash a duvet cover?

Cold or warm wash (30-40 degrees), gentle cycle, tumble dry low or line dry. The magnetic corners and invisible zip are both machine safe, no need to remove or protect them. Avoid fabric softener as it reduces the breathability of the bamboo-cotton over time. For more information, visit our Care Guide.
